About Us

S10 Future Starrs was created by former professional footballer and Montserrat international Spencer Weir Daley. After years in the game, Spencer wanted to give back by using his experience to inspire the next generation. His goal is simple: to help young people enjoy football, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.

We work with children across primary schools, holiday camps, and one-to-one coaching sessions, using football as a tool to teach life skills, build character, and create positive routines.

We believe every child deserves the chance to thrive, no matter their background or ability. Through our coaching, we aim to make a real difference in the lives of the young people we work with.

Spencer Weir-Daley

I’ve had the privilege of playing at the highest levels, representing clubs across England and beyond. From my early days at Nottingham Forest to competing internationally for Montserrat, football has given me invaluable experiences, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game.

My mission with S10 Future Star is to pass that knowledge on to the next generation. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to succeed and the mental resilience required to stand out.
